Winter Reset ❄️ This is an open invitation for the first group sound bath of the year! Many of you have asked for group sessions, so here it is, I hope you can join us.

Come reset, restore, and reconnect through sound, medicinal music, and nourishing soup, as we gather to harmonize body, mind, and spirit in community. No prior experience is needed, just bring yourself, lay down and let the vibrations guide you.

I’m so excited to share a Medicine Music concert at Ayani Sound Healing, Baabdat, with on Sunday 21 Dec.

So many of you have asked about the songs I sing in my sound healing sessions and why they feel so familiar, ancient, or comforting. They come from indegenous Amazonian traditions such as Huni Kuin, Yawanawá, Shanenawá and from our own practice.

They’re living prayers, sung to open the heart, connect to nature, and move energy.

This is the first time we’re offering these songs in a full concert, and we’d love to share them with you. We’re already at half capacity please don’t wait to reserve!:)

Two of our kittens were born in the closet of the healing room, brought by a stray mother who trusted this space.

Now, all four/five may come rest near you, or even on you, adding their own purrs, presence and peaceful vibration to your session. 🐾✨

Before we begin, I always ask if you’re comfortable with them. And if you prefer a cat-free session, I gently guide them outside.
And if you have allergies or a fear, I’m happy to come to your place instead.

Cats are more than animals to me, they are intuitive beings, wise little healers. We share our lives, our nature home, and this healing work. They are my colleagues. My partners. And sharing their medicine with you is part of my dream life.

We are a fellowship of friends, musicians, and storytellers in the process of discovering and creating ourselves, united by our love for each other, music, and the forest.

We’ve been gathering every once in a while, for a few years, to share our love in the shape of melodies, rhythms and sounds, inspired by mother Nature and all her elements. Some we learnt from our guides, teachers and masters from the East and West, some are our own.

We are here to co-create this sacred space with you and share this medicine music from our heart to yours, as prayers for harmony, love and healing ❤️

Our voices will dance with masculine and feminine energies, supported by guitar, ukulele, maracas, djembe, shamanic drum, shruti, shakapa, bells, violin, and harmonium.

As the seasons shift, I feel my weekly offerings shifting, too.

In the summer, our weekly group sound baths happened every Tuesday at 8pm, soft evenings, warm air, and long sunsets.

But now, with the winter sun moving differently, I’m feeling called to realign our regular group sound bath to Saturdays at 11:30am, a moment to bathe in daylight, to slow down on a day of rest, and to soak in the gentle warmth of nature☀️🏡🎼💨

✨ Yes, Saturdays at 11:30am work beautifully
✨ No, I prefer weekday evenings
✨ Either way, I’ll follow the sound

And remember, I am always open for private sessions. Most of my work is 1:1, so you never need to wait for a group event if you feel called to come sooner. But I also understand the magic of gathering as a community.
