This is me Elise El Haddad ,a dietitian , life coach, health educator, nutrition writer, life sciences instructor, lover of delicious food and fitness enthusiast. I used to be morbidly obese ”135 kg “ and have managed to lose the weight over the past 2 years by incorporating a healthy lifestyle and a more active life. My journey has been more like a roller coaster ride of trials, many errors, and a collection of small milestones along the way, eventually leading to more than I ever expected to gain. I’m ready to share with all of you my all experiences to help you reach your goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
