It's completely healthy to work out while you fast. One must not stop exercising during Ramadan. It helps to keep control of weight and stay healthy. 🧘🏻♀️
The best time to exercise during Ramadan is after taraweeh prayers at night. It is a time when adequate meals and water is consumed to help during a workout. This will also allow you to consume your post workout meal or shake which is essential for muscle growth. If this is too late then the next best time to train is about 1 hour after iftar. 🏋🏻♂️🕢
Moderate exercises, eating a balanced diet and taking adequate amounts of liquid are necessary to help maintain a healthy exercise routine during the month. Intake of carbohydrates is encouraged during suhoor to stay energized whereas a protein rich meal after breaking the fast helps the body to rejuvenate. 💪🏻
