Lara's greatest passion in life is assisting others to feel healthier, live healthier and to embrace the many wonderful benefits of mental and physical well-being.
In 2013 Lara graduated from USEK University with a Bachelors of Human Nutrition and Dietetics.
With a lifelong interest in nutrition, wellness and sports, She received an international certification in Personal Fitness Training and another in Sports Nutrition & Wellness accredited by the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA). She then upgraded her Sports Nutrition knowledge with a certification from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (ADA) and still undergoes follow up seminars and workshops in all three fields. After becoming a Registered Dietitian in the Lebanese ministry of health following her internship at Hospital Notre Dame Du Liban Jounieh.
She's been working as a clinical dietitian for over 7 years now ; helping people with a variety of illnesses and using nutritional education on how to use food to control their disease symptoms and to improve their quality of life.
Lara is well known for her charismatic and energetic nature. She works as a sense of duty towards the well being of the human body we occupy.
