Our Senior Talent Recruiter, Araxie Berberian, delivered a talk highlighting how inclusive hiring, flexibility, and empathy can make a tangible difference in an employee’s daily experience. We also took part in a panel discussion alongside healthcare professionals and industry experts to explore practical ways organizations can better support employees managing chronic conditions.

As part of our commitment to empowering young talent, the Cosmaline Marketing Team visited ESA Business School for an inspiring session with the Master in Management students.

The students dove into a final project challenge: building a complete marketing strategy using real Cosmaline products and insights.

Their curiosity, engagement, and sharp thinking truly impressed us, from asking the right questions to presenting bold, creative ideas.

A big thank you to ESA professors and team for the warm welcome. We wrapped up the session with some Cosmaline goodies to celebrate the students’ energy and passion!
