To me, the Diet and Fitness world came naturally. My mother is a fit woman and once she noticed me getting out of track, dragged me along to her fitness classes where I fell in love with movement and the adrenaline rush it brings. To me, being a dietitian is about knowing everything about sports nutrition, but more specifically, it's about motivation. Without motivation, no rules in the world can make you reach your target. I absolutely love what I do, because I learnt it the hard way. From an anorexic, boulimic adolescent, I became who I am today, so I can help you out in any way that I can.

1️⃣ You cut carbs to lose weight?

Not true! Weight loss comes from being in a calorie deficit — not cutting out an entire food group. Carbs are your body’s main energy source, especially if you train. The key is choosing quality carbs (like oats, rice, fruits, potatoes) and balancing your portions.

2️⃣ Does cardio help lose weight?

Yes, but it’s not the only way. Cardio helps burn calories and improve heart health — but strength training + a balanced diet is what truly transforms your body. Cardio supports fat loss, but lifting keeps your metabolism high even after your workout.

3️⃣ Do cheat meals ruin your progress?

Nope — one meal won’t destroy your hard work. What matters is consistency over time. Enjoying a meal you love occasionally can even help you stay on track mentally. Just don’t turn a cheat meal into a cheat weekend!

To the lady, the heart of it all, Mrs Regina: To me, you represent RESILIENCE. I am lucky to have the chance to call you Regina and not Mrs Regina. 🥹
