lding. further information shall be gather in subsequent emails. full building designs to be stamped by DCA and Health- the price rate is $1.90 a square foot (1'x1') (NB the 1 square foot regards to the area of the building, not the area of the land) and the total would be multiplied by 1.5 for every additional floor level.
2). Conceptual 3d models of buildings to be realistically visualized- rates are as followed:
a) Buildings with an area less than 900 sq.ft (30'x30' roughly) are $200. b) Buildings with an area between 900 sq.ft and 2500 sq.ft (30'x30' and 50''x50'
roughly) are $300
c)greater than 2500sq.ft, the price is $500
3). Demolition plans and interior designing- prices will vary according to the work load. Land information should be handed to me prior to the design. 3d models would be made possible for visualization of your proposed home after design. Money shall be handed after design is finished. if clients are not satisfied with the work done in the preliminary stages of design , the project can be aborted. (NB other architectural firms would charge you for their time even if you have canceled your decision to build). All D.C.A (planning) and Ministry of Health fees shall be paid by me.
