As 2025 draws to a close, I pause to reflect on an extraordinary year on personal and DP Base Academy's journey hits deep. We launched amid real struggles, balancing startup chaos, personal doubts, and Sri Lanka's hustle as a founder, mom, and trainer.

Yet opportunities shaped us:
breakthrough partnerships in aviation, hospitality, and corporate sectors turned vision into reality.
Watching my students and partivipants crush their paths,landing promotions, mastering leadership, transforming teams,fueled every late night. Their wins? They've improved me more than words can say, reigniting my purpose.

Deep gratitude to clients, trainers, friends, family and supporters who've walked this with us through ups and downs.
