Main task of Ministry of Indigenous Medicine is providing Ayurveda services to the nation through curative and preventive diseases. Its shared vision is to deliver healthcare facilities all citizens through the system of indigenous medicine. To fulfillment of this target Department of Ayurveda and Sri Lanka Ayurveda Drugs corporation are involving giving substantial combination. All necessary Ayurveda drugs are produced by the Sri Lanka Ayurvedic drugs cooperation while other all activities are doing by the Department of Ayurveda.

මාරාන්තික කොරෝනා ගණයට අයත් 2019 - nCoV නමින් හැඳින්වෙන මෙම වෛරසය මේ වන විට ලොව පුරා සීඝ්‍රයෙන් පැතිර යමින් පවතී.
උණ ගතිය,පපුවේ වේදනාව,හුස්ම ගැනීමට ඇති අපහසුව,වේගවත් හද ගැස්ම,උගුරේ අමාරැව,කැස්ස සහ හිසරදය මෙහි රෝග ලක්ෂණ ලෙස මේ වන විට හඳුනාගෙන ඇත.

ආසාධිත පුද්ගලයෙකුගෙන් අනෙක් පුද්ගලයින්ට ක්ෂණිකව පැතිරයන මෙම වෛරසය සෘජු ස්පර්ශයෙන් පමණක් නොව ආසාධිතයා ගැවසුනු ස්ථාන වල ගැවසීමෙන් හා ඔවුන් පරිහරණය කල දෑ ස්පර්ශයෙන් පවා ආසාධනය වන බැව් අනාවරණය වී ඇත.

මේ නිසා මුඛ ආවරණ පැලඳීම(Sergical Mask),විශබීජ නාශක නිතර පරිහරණය(Sanitizers),ජනතාව බහුලව ගැවසෙන ස්ථාන මගහැර සිටීම වැනි පෙර සූදානම් භාවිතය ඔබේ ආරක්ෂාව තහවුරැ කර ගැනීම සඳහා ප්‍රයෝජනවත් වනු ඇත.
