Raised by a single mother, I am currently pursuing the Chartered Qualification in Human Resources Management (Level 03 - Intermediate) at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Sri Lanka. I have completed an Advanced Certificate in Labour Law & Industrial Relations from the National Institute of Labour Studies, a Higher National Diploma in Psychological Counselling from the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute, a certificate in Advanced Multimedia in Website Designing and Development from the University of Colombo School of Computing, an NLP Practitioner Certificate from Mastermind Consultancies in India, a Diploma in Tally (Computerized Accounting) from CSS, a Diploma in English (Intermediate) from Aquinas University College, and AAT (Intermediate) in 2014. Currently, I serve as the HR Officer at Aeon Shipping BPO Pvt Ltd, having previously worked as the Business Development Manager at Amazon College, HR Manager at Wheels Lanka, and HR Officer at Amal International School.
