We’re pleased to announce an exciting new initiative aimed at enhancing community awareness through social media. Based on the recommendations of the IT Subcommittee and with the approval of the recent Council meeting, we will be launching dedicated channels on TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube to share educational content.
To kickstart this campaign, we are calling for your creative input in the form of one-page video scripts in either Sinhala or English. These scripts should focus on key topics related to STDs, HIV, and broader sexual health concepts.
This is open to all the members of SLCoSHH. The best scripts will be selected for production and the top script will receive a special award in recognition of its excellence.

We are happy to announce that the Sri Lanka Journal of Sexual Health and HIV Medicine(JoSHH), the official journal of the Sri Lanka College of Sexual Health and HIV Medicine, is calling for papers.
The journal publishes research papers in the fields of Sexually transmitted infections, HIV and sexual health.The journal welcomes - Leading articles, points of views, papers, case reports, spot diagnosis, brief reports and miscellany.

Exactly 5 months ago, we successfully wrapped up the biggest event of the year at college!
Reflecting on the incredible experience at the 29th Annual Academic Sessions of the Sri Lanka College of Sexual Health and HIV (SLCoSHH) – held at The Kingsbury, Colombo, from October 31st to November 2nd, 2024.

The event provided an amazing platform for knowledge exchange and professional growth in the field of sexual health and HIV. A special pre-congress day in partnership with the Sri Lanka College of Pulmonologists focused on the important theme of "From Risk to Resilience: Addressing TB and Respiratory Opportunistic Infections (OIs) in HIV," drawing significant participation from both institutions.

The inauguration was a perfect blend of elegance and innovation, with Dr. Palith Mahipala as the Chief Guest and Dr. Emily Clarke from the UK as the Guest of Honor.

The two-day main session, themed "Let Science Reach All; Connect All with Advanced Sexual Health Services," was a huge success! We had a stellar lineup of local and international experts, and the free paper session sparked great enthusiasm from institutions across the board, making the academic discussions truly enriching.
