Some days, I feel tired deep inside. Not from work. Not from cleaning. Just tired in my heart.

I used to keep it all in. I smiled. I stayed busy. But inside, I felt heavy. Then I learned something important. Mental health awareness starts with me. It starts with you.

When we say, โ€œI feel tired today,โ€ we open a small door to healing.
Our spirit needs care too. It needs rest. It needs truth. It needs us to listen.
