4) Connect with People

Depressed is about our emotions and feelings. scientifically chemical unbalances of the brain. In this case, Depressed people often try to get along with their best company.

That’s got a little bit harder for them because they can’t show anyone how they feel. Of course when they listen, you feel no longer alone or lonely.
Talk to People that you feel safe – go outside and talk with them. Try to share your feelings about how you truly feel inside.

If They are far away from you – And at this moment you can’t meet them, call them or text them. just make a connection with them and talk.

Social Media – Social media is an easy way but not the best way to make new trusty people. However, there are groups and societies that can help with your issue.

Group Therapy or Depression group therapy – If you are still apprehensive about sharing things with friends, then the best way for you to join group therapy.


Here you can discuss things you are going through, and feelings and emotions that affect you.

And being with people who face a similar challenge will make you feel safe and comfortable and also confide in one another.

And also you can learn from their experiences and learning. that large benefit for You.

5) Pose a Challenge to Your Low Mood

Keeping a mood diary helps you to analyse day-to-day mood changes, how your emotions change when different situations you are in. And it also helps you to analyze your progress.


And it also helps when you meet your doctor.
Don’t let your MOOD dictate the outcome of your day.

Finally, you need to understand that you need to be happy and you deserve that. Because you’re amazing, each one of you amazing.

Get some quality sleep – literally, when it comes to depression, making a conscious effort to get good quality sleep has shown drastic improvement for people who are battling depression.


Eat Healthily – when you eat a well, healthy and nutritious diet, it will help to build your physical and mental strength and also affect your mood and energy level. And improved brain health and memory.


Have a Good Relationship – It’s good if you have supportive people around you that care and love you which’s great.
Dress well and Have Good Hygiene – Your appearance is like a mirror. How people see you and how they react to you and also yourself.in turn, having good grooming habits will gain your confidence and self-esteem.

How to Relieve Stress and Depression

Stress is a very common situation we face on a day-to-day basis. As we know stress is the best trigger for depression. So stress and depression have a connection.

Stress is good for you. It keeps you alert, motivated, and responsive to danger in the first place. But it comes to overstress then it leads to Depression.

Because of that connection why we need to talk about stress and depression together.

So, we are gonna talk about How to relieve stress and depression ,here 5 things you can do alone with medical professional advice,

1) practicing caring for yourself

It’s obvious when you have stress and depression it’s so hard to have a positive mind on yourself.

That’s why exactly you have to take care of yourself emotionally and physically.

Because you need to feel your energy around you.

I saw a lot of people when they were going through the same experience and they gave up on what they could become because of their current situation.

So stop been negative let’s figure out how we can take care of ourselves and stay positive,

Figure out what works for,


Make a list of activities, places, and people that spark the feel-good emotion in you.


Make another list of your day-to-day activities. It’s going to be difficult to include all the things that make you happy in the list. But, finally, it’s happy to corporate things people, and places in your day-to-day activities. For example, you might enjoy guitar or watching a movie, try to take some timeout and then sure you play guitar at least once a day.

Always trying to treat and impress yourself



Do little things that make you happy – this could mean anything having a long bath, go to walk with your pet, or someone your love. Anything that makes you feel happy.

Start to love yourself with forgiveness – In our life we all make mistakes, that is what we called being human. As a human, we always make mistakes.

Then why do you try to be perfect, exactly you don’t have to, then just let it go. whatever holds you back just let it go.

And get a deep breath that’s it. The storm will be passed when you forgive yourself and start to love your life.

Exercise daily

After all, you need to remember if someone on this planet you need to make happy and impress that is yourself. Because you’re awesome.

2) Keep Yourself Active

When we get stressed, most of us like to stay inactive. It’s not our problem that way our brain functions work. Actually, our reptile brain (lizard brain) works.

It comes to stress, when we feel stress our reptilian brain switches on.

Based on neuroscience there are three types of stress or three original survival strategies that live on in our modern-day stress reactions. which is
FLEE
FREEZE
Fight
As keep ourselves active we are going to figure out how to avoid FREEZE mode,

Exercise – when you exercise your body releases a chemical called endorphins which help to relieve stress and pain.


Get in touch with a social event – The goal is here to keep you occupied with positivity.


Have a Hobby – If you think you are not excited by any of the old things you used to do then try a new thing like starting a new hobby or volunteering.


Do one thing every day that grows your body and mind – This could be mean anything rides a bike, have a hundred push up, read a book anything doesn’t matter how small that goal is as long as it helps you to grow your personality.

Human Survival Instinct

When we talk about human survival instinct first we need to focus on which part of our brain is responsible for this survival situation. Our primal brain or reptilian brain in case we also called it the primitive brain is the response to our life-threatening situation.

The human primal brain handles our physiological functions such as breathing, heart rate, blood pressure, so on. it’s home to our individual survival instinct. It works closely together with the limbic amygdala. The sole purpose of our primal brain is the survival of the individual.

So, our primal brain has three survival strategies which gave us by evolution which are FLEE, FIGHT, FREEZE. These three strategies are how we react when we face a life-threatening situation.

when the primal brain recognizes we are in the danger without having to think twice, it instinctively triggers one of the most suitable strategy. triggering all kinds of physiological responses to maximize a positive outcome.


1.The First Survival Strategy is to FLEE,

We feel like our fears have taken over us, so we have to get out of there somehow. Basically, it’s a mean run. To order do this, our reptile brain increases the supply of oxygen to our legs to run faster.

2.Fight Survival Strategy,

Stressful situations can change the way our hormones circulate. And it will build tension at the moment. so tension starts to build up. after that, it’s an overall tension.

If the opponent’s fair size compared to you, it may be an option to hold ground and face the enemy.at this moment you can win by intimidating your enemy, which does mean that you don’t have inevitably to fight.


However, in this FIGHT strategy, always will be aggressive.


Still, on a physiological level, blood will be rushed, not toward the leg as with the fleeing strategy .bus toward your arms and hand to be able to punch and claw as well as to your yaw, as to bite and tear your opponent part. and also our voice will be louder more articulated.

3.The Third and Last Survival Strategy is to FREEZE,

You want to make yourself as small as you can, so then predator or this case your opponent might overlook you.


To do so the reptilian brain will not accelerate your heart rate as with two former strategies but on the contrary slow it down. energy level drop and your whole body will slow down.
