I’m excited to announce the launch of my new counselling and wellness support program — specially designed to help individuals manage anxiety, temper, stress, and emotional well-being.
With over 14 years of experience in healthcare, I’ve witnessed how emotional health affects our daily lives. This program is aimed at providing practical strategies and compassionate support for those struggling to cope with:
