NON-NEGOTIABLE PROCEDURE TANK TO TANK (TTT) DIP AND PAY [SCAP-1]
1.Buyer send LOI to Agent and formal FCO sent to Buyer
2. Buyer returns duly signed FCO and issues ICPO in favor of Seller with Company Registration Certificate or any I.D. along with Buyer TSA for Seller’s verification.
3. Seller issue CI and Letter of Performance, Buyer signs and returns to Seller with
their Tank Storage Agreement. Seller issues NCNDA/IMFPA to the intermediary to sign.
4. Seller verify Buyer TSA and proceed to pays the Buyer’s tank company for 2 days for the Injection Process. Buyer pays 3 days and only after his Tank Farm Company has received the payment from Seller Company.
5. Seller provides Buyer with FULL POP Documents:
 Fresh SGS Report less than 48 hours
 Dip Test Authorization-Unconditional
 Injection Report
 Tank Storage Receipt with GPS Coordinates
 Tank Farm Bar-code Information
 Letter of Commitment to Supply.
 Registration Certificate & Export License Copy
 Authority to Sell & Collect (ATSC) I. Endorsed Injection Schedule by the buyer & buyer Tank Farm
 ATV – For Physical Verification
 Irrevocable Commitment to Supply for Spot and 12 months Contract.
 Injection Schedule signed by Buyer & Buyer’s tank farm.
6. Buyer conducts Dip-Test in Seller’s tank, via SGS on Buyer’s expense, Seller injects the fuel to
Buyer’s tank and Buyer makes payment based on Q&Q by MT103 wire transfer / TT according to the final Commercial Invoice.
6. Seller transfers the title of ownership as per Buyer’s instruction. Buyer lifts the product.
7. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction and subsequently monthly contract shipment continues as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement contract between Buyer and Seller.

NON-NEGOTIABLE PROCEDURE TANK TO TANK (TTT) & TANK TO VESSEL (TTV) DIP AND PAY [SCAP-2]
1.Buyer send LOI to Agent and FCO issued by Agent
2. The Buyer returns signed FCO and issues ICPO in favor of Seller containing the Seller's working procedure with banking passport along with TSA / CPA for the Seller's Refinery verification.
3. The Seller issues CI of the product in tanks at the port along with a Letter of
Performance and NCNDA/IMFPA to be signed by Intermediaries.
4. Upon receiving the signed CI and the Letter of performance from the Buyer, the Seller
issues a copy of the SGS Report strictly to Buyer Tank Farm Company or Buyer Shipping Company only after Tank Farm Company or Shipping Company has signed the Non-disclosure/Confidentiality Agreement Letter to verify the SGS report only in their office.
5. Upon the successful verification of the SGS report & product by the Buyer Tank Farm Company, the Buyer immediately pay Three (3) days of tank storage to his Tank Farm Company and return to the seller with the three (3) days of Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) from his Tank Farm Company and the three (3) days TSR must be registered to the Seller Refinery company name as the Buyer supplier and upon receiving the three (3) days TSR, Then Seller also pays three (3) days tank storage to Buyer Tank Farm Company making it the total number of six (6) required for injection. Or both the sellers and the buyer make 50/50 of the shipping
cost directly to the shipping company account.
Note, registering the TSR to the seller company name as the buyer-supplier is Compulsory to avoid issues at the port.
6. Upon receiving the total six (6) days TSR from the Buyer tank farm company the Seller Refinery issues to Buyer POP listed below:
 GPS Coordinate-Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
 Authorization to sell.
 Authorization to Verify (ATV). (Physical Verification)
 Dip test authorization letter (DTA)
 Tank-to-Tank Injection Agreement (TTTIA)
 Act of Transfer (To be signed and returned to the seller
 Certificate of Origin
 Allocation Certificate.
 Injection Report.
 SGS Report or Shipping documents to the buyer to verify Buyer inspected by SGS on buyer’s expenses.
7. Upon successful Dip Test in tanks, the product will immediately be injected into Buyer's tanks or to the Vessel. The Buyer makes the payment for the product via MT103 or make payments when the Vessel arrives in the Buyer port and the Seller refinery transfers Title Ownership, the Seller pays commission to all intermediaries as per signed NCNDA/IMFPA within 24-48 hrs.

NON-NEGOTIABLE PROCEDURE CIF ASWP [SCAP-3]
1. Buyer send LOI to Agent and formal FCO sent to Buyer
2. Buyer sends signed FCO and issues ICPO along with buyer CPA to the Seller via Seller's representative.
3. Seller Issues Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA), and Letter of Performance, Buyer sign and return to Seller in due date. Seller issues NCNDA/IMFPA to the intermediary to sign.
4. Seller issues to Buyer via email the following PPOP transaction documents:
 Commitment to supply
 Statement of product availability
 ATSC
5. Buyer confirms the receipt of the documents via email and issue confirmation letter within 24hrs to the Seller.
6. The Buyer makes arrangement for the chartered freight with their shipping company, for the
transportation of the product to buyer designated discharge port. Buyer and seller sign the Charter Party Agreement (CPA). The buyer provides his full vessel information to the seller with a confirmation letter from the shipping company verifying their readiness and availability for the loading and shipment of the product. This ensures a smooth and timely delivery process in
accordance with the agreed schedule.
7. Upon completion of the above and confirmation of this export approval by the Authority to Seller with the endorsement of the Charter Party Agreement (CPA) and the Shipping Schedule by the Port Authority, to enable Seller to release the below Proof of Product Documents:
• Legalized Charter Party Agreement (CPA) with the Loading Port Authority.
• Product Allocation Certificate.
• Allocation Title Transfer Certificate.
• Export License.
8. The product SGS inspection charges will be borne by the Seller at the loading port.
9. Loading and Shipment of the product commences as per schedule. Upon the Vessel’s arrival and finalization of SGS Inspection at the Discharge Port at Buyer’s expense, the Buyer releases payment via MT103 / TT within 7-banking days to the Seller for the total shipment value after arrival of the product at the Discharge Port and receipt of the entire relevant shipping and export documents.
10. The product SGS inspection charges will be borne by the Seller at the loading port.
11. Loading and Shipment of the product commences as per schedule. Upon the Vessel’s arrival and finalization of SGS Inspection at the Discharge Port at Buyer’s expense, the Buyer releases payment via MT103 / TT within 5 banking days to the Seller for the total shipment value after arrival of the product at the Discharge Port and receipt of the entire relevant shipping and export documents.
12. Seller issues draft Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) to the Buyer to review for 12 monthly contract delivery with roll and extension.
13. Upon the product's arrival at the Discharge Port the vessel captain will hand over the entire original POP documents to the Buyer or Buyers’ representative, the Buyer pays for each shipment after SGS Inspection, the Buyer releases payment within 5 banking days via MT103 / TT on each monthly quantity delivery.

We are also ready & willing to work with Legit Buyers Mandates who could provide proof of the connectivity with Buyer and Commission will be guaranteed (No Chain Brokers Please).
