Dr. Geeshanth Peirs (MBBS) graduated from Faculty of Medicine, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka with Second Class Upper Division in Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry in 2019. After graduation he worked at his alma matter as a demonstrator in Medical Education for a period of one year during which he researched on online information verification behaviors among medical students.
Following that, Dr Geeshanth completed his internship in Paediatrics and Obstetrics and Gynaecology, getting qualified to be registered as a medical practitioner in Sri Lanka. In addition, he is a holder of Diploma in English Language and Literature awarded by Open University of Sri Lanka. Dr. Geeshanth Peirs is currently working as a Medical Officer in General Medicine at a reputed private hospital in Sri Lanka.
