“Help me to help them,” a project that aims at giving support for the many children constantly struggling for their lives at the Maharagama Cancer Hospital. The many voices that cry for help, yet not heard. How can we help these little lives battle the forces of this dreadful illness? An audio CD containing 10 Worship songs composed by Shalindra Jayasooriya is available for sale. All proceeds made by the sale of these CDs and any contributions made, will be directed to the Children’s ward, for the purpose of purchasing medicine and laboratory tests prescribed. There are various means of donations and support available to the cancer hospital, still we find a number of patients who are unable to afford not only the expensive medicine and tests, but even medication for pain relief. This state of financial burden sees no boundary of nationality, creed, cast or religion.
“Help me to help them” encourages you to provide your support to give another child ‘a hope of life.’ Don’t they deserve it as much as you and I do…?
