We’re on our feet 24/7. No paid holidays. No sick days. No salary. No bonuses.
And yet… we carry the biggest, most important responsibility on earth — raising tiny humans while running a household and keeping everyone alive and (hopefully) happy.
But here’s the truth: no one’s going to swoop in with a “Mom Support Grant” anytime soon.
So what can we do? We look after ourselves, because we can’t pour from an empty cup.
✨ Quick ways to stay healthy even when life is crazy:
🍏 Eat short but smart. Keep easy, healthy options ready — boiled eggs, cut veggies, yogurt, nuts.
💤 Nap like a queen. If deep sleep is a fantasy, a 20-minute recharge still works wonders.
💃 Turn chores into workouts. Dance while doing the dishes, do squats while folding laundry, stretch while watching the kids play.
🌱 Supplement the gaps. Naps supplement sleep. Mini workouts supplement gym time. Good supplements can fill nutrition gaps when you can’t cook a perfect meal.
We may be invisible in the economy’s eyes, but we’re the backbone of the world.
