MORE Forward | FY26 Acceleration Workshop ❤️

At Hemas Hospitals and Laboratories, we do not do typical trainings; we bring energy, interaction and a bit of a celebration into every learning experience.

We brought together our laboratory leaders for a full day workshop of aligning priorities, sharing ideas and gearing up for the year ahead. We talked strategy, innovation, governance and key projects across the network whilst focusing on how we move faster and perform better together.

A special highlight was the inspiring address by our Managing Director, reminding us of the bigger vision we are all working towards.

Since it was Valentine’s Day, we also took time to celebrate appreciation, team spirit and the strong bonds that make Hemas feel like more than just a workplace.

On 19th January 2026, Hemas Hospitals Sri Lanka successfully hosted Hemas Pulse Fest at Havelock Grounds, marking a significant milestone in our employee engagement journey.

For the first time, employees from Hemas Hospital Wattala, Hemas Hospital Thalawathugoda and the Hemas Laboratory chain came together to compete as one team across Cricket, Netball and Athletics, along with a series of mini games.

The event also featured Fitness King and Fitness Queen competitions, reinforcing our commitment to wellness and an active lifestyle.

Hemas Pulse Fest 2026 was a powerful reflection of our shared values; teamwork, unity and wellbeing and the strong culture that connects our business units.
