The Global Hand Washing Day 2025 celebrations were successfully conducted at Hemas Hospitals Wattala and Thalawathugoda, highlighting the importance of hand hygiene in infection prevention.

Both clinical and non clinical teams showcased their creativity through innovative posters and the best five posters were recognized with valuable prizes for their outstanding efforts.

All participants also took part enthusiastically in a novel digital quiz competition, where the top three teams with the highest scores were rewarded for their excellent performance.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to making this event an inspiring and engaging success!

We connected with future talent to explore future ready healthcare opportunities, guiding them on qualifications, training and career pathways to build rewarding careers in the healthcare sector.

One of the highlights was our interactive CPR session, where students got hands on experience and learned lifesaving skills.
