An adventure late to forget is something we for sure can promise. Lazy days, or exploring - that is totally up to you. Our hostess is full of knowledge and has many tips for the adventures once. Full House of Sri Lankas Yoga Mafia Group at the other day. One half of Asana Safari, aka was teaching and hosting for all yoga teachers of South Sri Lanka, and it was such a nice vibe with beautiful people. Now it's coming to an end of this wonderful journey teaching for 3 full months at the lodge. It has been a dream, and we're already looking foreward to next season down South 😍🙏🏻

Female Power!

We're filled with love and gratitude for all the beautiful ladies that joined our retreat at 💛 A couple of days has gone since we finished a whole week of Yoga, surfing, amazing food, exploring and relaxing and we truly miss it all already. A more relaxing place, wonderful staff and team would be hard to find.

A local fishermen in the sunset on "what feels like" our own secret beach.

One of the things we love about Sri Lanka is that it still feels so remote. The last couple of weeks we've had the beach all by ourselfs. Only accompanied by a couple of local fishermen. Doesn't it look exotic? 😍 It is just so calming, and the stress from our buissy dailylives in Norway seem to have melted away. Here we live so much closer to the nature, having time to listen to our body, mind and hearts. It feels good. Life is good. And the balance finelly seems to be back. 🙏🏻

Enjoying our days teaching at the beautiful new hotel, 🙏🏻 twice a day YogaFlow, YinYoga & even Dance Fusion with Core.

Kamilla is also teaching acro yoga with her partner, Stian. Together they make up 🤸‍♀️, and today they are having a 3 hour workshop. Woop woop.
