This autumn, I had the opportunity to take part in a wonderful Art Therapy course offered by METÁFORA, a leading Art Therapy Institute in Barcelona. Alongside an amazing group of women—educators, therapists, social workers, and mind-body practitioners, we explored the framework of art therapy, and its differentiation from art as a therapeutic practice. We learned practical tools and explored its applications across various groups. And cherry on top, I had the immense joy of reconnecting with one of my amazing mentors and trainers in Clinical EFT and Energy Psychology through EFT Universe, Marta Bonilla!

Still vibrating high in gratitude from the amazing opportunity to see on stage drjoedispenza after so many years of having discovered his work and practicing the power of meditation to transform mind and body. His latest research from brain scans after meditation was mind blowing, and what an amazing experience to meditate together with more than 8000 people from all over the world and connecting to the higher frequency of Love! Grateful to have shared this adventure with Healing_Hands_On_Heart 🫶🏻
