Forget about clumsy cables and wires. ExoAtlet does not require anything to connect the control tablet and the . Both the tablet and the Smartcrutch are wirelessly connected to make using it as smooth and effortless as possible.
The tablet is also protected from being unintentionally dropped - we designed a special case for it.

Training with an exoskeleton is one of the most effective ways for patients with locomotor disorders to restore their walking abilities.
When walking with an exoskeleton, patients with locomotor disorders are able to move in a way that is very similar to a natural gate.
This sends powerful stimuli to the brain and eventually leads to the development of new neural pathways both in the brain and in the spinal cord. After a period of time, this results in the ability to walk independently again.

Forbes Defines Kate Bereziy as One of the Russian Women Leaders Who Change the World of Robotic Technology in 2021.

Ekaterina Bereziy leads the ExoAtlet holding as a CEO responsible for business development and fundraising, establishing collaborations with key partners and the development on key markets.

While being a part of a team of young robotics students from Moscow State University, Ekaterina took first place at the World Mobile Robot Festival held in France. The team demonstrated the movement of an intelligent anthropomorphic robot without remote control. The robot repeated the kinematics of human movement.

As a former head of the industrial design department at the Art. Lebedev Studio Ekaterina has over 60 completed projects. In 2014, she, together with the ExoAtlet project, won the Startup Village competition. Then, in 2014, she entered the "top 25 women every robotics technician should know", according to experts from the online publication Robohub.

Ekaterina Bereziy is a co-author of more than 10 patents in the field of robotics and the creation of exoskeletons.

“With the constant improvement of technologies and the emergence of new materials in the world, a trend has emerged and is actively developing for the use of exoskeletons in many areas of life: in medicine, in industrial production, and even as assistive devices for the elderly,” says Bereziy. “In 2013, we started with the creation of a medical exoskeleton for adults, and already in 2021 we are getting ready to expand the range of exoskeletons for the rehabilitation of children ExoAtlet Bambini and we are almost ready to launch on the market the first production model of the exoskeleton for workers ExoAtlant Torso, which will reduce the load on the spine when lifting heavy loads, therefore reduce the risk of injury to workers and increase labor productivity, "- says Ekaterina.

Today we are proud to announce the successful medical certification of ExoAtlet Bambini, the world’s first mass-produced exoskeleton for children and adolescents with congenital neurological disorders, such as e.g., cerebral palsy, to help them to improve their gate pattern.

ExoAtlet Bambini is designed to help children with height from 115 to 150 cm with congenital neurological disorders to learn how to walk again, and children who sustained an injury to restore their walking skills. It helps children with cerebral palsy by preventing associated complications such as contractures or spasticity.

ExoAltet Bambini is available for clinical trials in Europe with expected certification next year.

11 February marks the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. In terms of gender balance, Luxembourg holds one of the leading positions in Europe. ExoAtlet boasts a lot of strong women innovators in the Grand Duchy as role models and inspiration to the young female generation of scientists.

One the fantastic examples of a woman-innovator, Kate Bereziy, ExoAtlet’s founder and CEO, who has been making a lot of input into the development of exoskeletons in Luxembourg and other countries over the last six years. Not only we are proud of her being named one of Young Global Leaders and one of the inspiring young female leaders in robotic technology by Forbes, ExoAtlet team is happy to have her as a strong charismatic leader, who has built up an international high-tech robotic company and has been literally raising up young researchers and developers and welcoming new collaborations with leading scientists for the further development of neurorehabilitation science worldwide.
