Established a commercial cleaning company looking to recruit in Inverness. Evening work available, approx 18.75 hours a week. Fixed schedule. Monday through Friday, starting after 5.30 pm. This is a W2 position, taxes, and insurances paid for. Pay is weekly, nothing held back. All supplies and equipment provided.

Working at multiple locations, own a vehicle is essential. Performing light janitorial tasks including but not limited to sweeping, vacuuming. mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, cleaning windows, and dusting and polishing furniture.

Looking for a self-starter who brings no baggage or drama to work.

Responsibilities and Duties

Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, washing windows, cleaning ceiling vents, trash collection, restroom cleaning, etc)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
Qualifications and Skills

Commercial cleaning experience.
Must have eye for detail.
Must be able to keep accurate records & checklists.
Ability to lift 35 pounds, while following correct safety and lifting procedures.
Have your own reliable transport, valid insurance, and Florida driver's license.
Must be able to speak, read and write English.
Must be able to work legally in the United States.
Must be able to work alone or as part of a team.
Must be able to follow instructions
Must have own working SMART phone that does not run out of minutes.
Must pass a background check.
