Yoga maya proposes a 5 day long teacher training in Mondercange 15.2.2020-19.2.2020
Learn to teach vinyasa yoga in a small group ( minimum 4 students) in Luxembourg.
This teacher training suits for yoga practitioners who like to deepen and understand their practice or to become a teacher. It’s suitable for yoga teachers who want to refresh the teaching methods.
You will learn how to teach, correct and adapt a basic vinyasa sequence; surya namaskara A, surya B and Surya C, seated and supine poses.You will learn about chakras, bandhas, pranayamas. The teacher training will consist of how to teach classes, philosophy, meditation and history of yoga, anatomy and daily yoga class. After the teacher training week you will have an opportunity to teach at least one class with guidance of experienced yoga teacher.
