Our weekly kids class runs every Sunday at 10:15am at Merl running track 🏃‍♂️☀️

Our last camp was everything we love about kids being kids — sunny days, taking breaks from structured sports, getting creative with art, exploring the city, climbing, running, laughing, and just having fun together. We focus on balance: movement and downtime, adventure and calm, confidence-building without pressure. Watching friendships grow and kids come home tired and happy is what it’s all about 🤍

🎃 What an amazing Halloween Sports & Activity Camp! 👻💪
From obstacle races to gymnastics, outdoor adventures, teamwork challenges, leaf art and even mini athletics… our kids did it all! We ran, jumped, climbed, balanced, laughed, and created memories that were just as colourful as the autumn leaves 🍁💛

Our coaches were blown away by the effort, the smiles, the friendships and the confidence that grew every single day. These camps aren’t just fun — they help children try new sports, build strength & coordination, boost creativity and shine in their own unique way ⭐🙌
