At MobiGym, we generally don’t recommend L-Carnitine supplements — nutrition and training remain the most effective ways to boost mitochondrial efficiency naturally.

👉 But here’s an interesting finding:
According to recent research, pairing L-Carnitine with pomegranate may reduce potential cardiovascular risks associated with high carnitine intake.
Pomegranate’s compounds help limit the production of TMAO — a byproduct linked to heart risk — making this combo potentially safer.

🥗 Our advice:
Start with food first. A balanced longevity-oriented diet and consistent resistance training activate the same pathways — without the controversy.
