🌿 We begin slowly. Your body is gradually warmed, inviting your skin to open and your breath to deepen. The heat doesn’t rush — it welcomes. As your body softens, your mind follows.

🌿 You’ll then choose a scrub made from wild herbs, roots, and minerals — all harvested far from noise and pollution. This cleansing part purifies not only your skin but clears out stagnant energy too. Old layers — both physical and emotional — are released.
