اربعه امور لازم تعرفوها قبل ما الديرو الجلسه 🧐
1• اذا عندك مناسبه مفروض تكون جلسة الديرمابن علي الاقل قبل بإسبوع = لانه تهيج البشرة حتى يخف يبي اقل شيء 5 ايام
2• اذا تستخدمو في اي مقشرات متلا الريتانول او احماض فواكه و حتى الفايتمين C لازم يتوقف قبل الجلسه بـِ إسبوع علي الاقل لان كلها ممكن تهيج الجلد
3• بعد الجلسه الغسول لازم يكون لطيف علي البشره و الواقي الشمس هلبا ضروري و ياريت يكون فيزيائي { الشمس و الرياضه و الميك أب ممنوعه اول 48 ساعه }
4• روتينك بعد الجلسه خلال اول اسبوع الي 10 ايام لازم يكون بسيط و نركزو علي الترطيب مرمم و يكون خالي من العطور و الكحول

Root canal treatment.

• A54-year-old patient was presented to the clinic suffering from severe pain when drinking hot and cold drinks

Clinical steps:
• Removal of caries after clinical and radiological examination.
• Prepare the access cavity.
• Isolation of the rubber dam and field disinfection.
•( #10) K-Files for Narrow Fennec Canal & ( #15) & Albucal Canal were used as initials for patent fulfillment and working length determination.
• Working length determined using Epex pro Apex locator and radiological confirmation.
• Up to #35 taper 4 blue E-Flex rotary files are used to shape and clean the bocal canal
• Up to #30 taper 4 blue E-flex rotary files used to shape and clean the palatal canal
• Irrigation was performed between the volume of each file with 5.25% sodium hypochlorite throughout the process.
• Excite/Activate with Ultra X using a blue X tip in each channel for 1 minute.
• Sterile paper points were used to dry the canals.
• Stretching with the gutta percha lateral pressure technique

A 46-year-old female patient was presented to the clinic with severe spontaneous pain related to

Clinical steps:
Caries removal after clinical and radiological examination.
Preparing the access cavity.
Isolation of the rubber dam and field disinfection.
( #10) K files for narrow funnel canal & ( #15) & ( #20) buccal canal were used as initials for patent fulfillment and working length determination.
Working length determined using Epex pro Apex locator and radiological confirmation.
Up to #30 taper 4 blue E-flex rotary files used to shape and clean the palatal canal
Irrigation was performed between the volume of each file with 5.25% sodium hypochlorite throughout the process.
Excite/Activate with Ultra X using a blue X tip in each channel for 1 minute.
Sterile paper points were used to dry the canals.

My first case of root canal treatment
Case type:
Root canal treatment UL1 /UR1
A 37-year-old male patient was presented to the clinic
With a stimulus of pain while drinking hot or cold drinks

Clinical steps:

Caries removal after clinical and radiological examination
- Equipping the access cavity with (circular bore and end bore)
Isolation of the rubber dam and field disinfection
The working length of the apexo used was determined

-wL: was 21 mm
- Up to 35 tabs 4% "E-flex" blue rotary files for cleaning and shaping
-Continuous irrigation was performed between each file size with 5.25% sodium hypochlorite throughout the process
- Activation using (DMA) by Cone Master for 1 minute
Sterile paper point was used to dry the canal
- Emphasis by lateral pressure technique
