Ever heard any of these pop into your brain?
âI just need to work harderâ
âI need to be more motivatedâ
âI just need to cut out crisp/choc/wineâ
âThis month, I am going to be so goodâ
âMaybe I just donât want it enoughâ
Let them go, just let those thoughts no longer be part of your psyche.
Instead, ladies, repeat after me
âMy goals are easyâ
âMotivation is a choiceâ
âItâs possible to to enjoy all foods and be skinnyâ
âThere is no good/bad foodsâ
âI am worthy of my goals.â
Most people wait until they are super miserable before they decide to change, often called HELL ISLAND. I mean come on!!!
Donât wait, seriously, donât wait. Show self love and make changes the SECOND you recognise anything less than fulfillment or happiness.
There is nothing YOU CANNOT DO, if you choose action.
But keep on waiting and waiting and nothing good happens in that time. Other than more of the same.
And this applies to anything, career, money, family. Rise up and be the BEST VERSION of you.
The world requires you to thrive.
