🦐 Creamy Garlic Prawns Recipe

Ingredients:

400g prawns (peeled & deveined)

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

5–6 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

1 small onion (finely chopped, optional)

½ cup heavy cream

¼ cup chicken/veg stock (or water)

2 tbsp parmesan cheese (optional but tasty)

½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan.

2. Add garlic (and onion if using) – sauté until fragrant.

3. Toss in prawns, season with salt & pepper, and cook 2–3 mins until pink. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same pan, pour in cream and stock. Stir well.

5. Add parmesan cheese and chili flakes. Simmer for 3–4 mins until creamy.

6. Return prawns to the pan, mix gently, and cook for another minute.

7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Mix the Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, combine spinach, feta, parmesan, and mozzarella. Add olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.

Shape the Crisps:
