Hello, hello, allow me to introduce myself! Formerly known as Traveling Yoga Ele. It's been a long while since I posted anything here, in January 2021 it seems. I'm still here, still alive, occasionally traveling too, but I've set roots in Morocco for the time being.
So, about the yoga. Actually funnily enough, now I have gotten back to the yoga mat after almost two years of totally not doing any asana. I needed a break. I needed a break from teaching yoga, of practicing yoga, of identifying as a yoga teacher, yogi.. I still kept working on the field, working at a yoga retreat center.
Yoga will probably be sitting on the backseat for a while at least, maybe forever. I don't think it will get off the vehicle completely, but I don't see it on the driver's seat either anymore. More importantly the practice that stays, is the yoga practiced off the mat.
Anyway! What am I up to now and why am I sharing this video? You may notice that I changed the name of the page and Facebook will still be checking in with you all if it matches the content or I'm some spammer or scammer nowadays. I have gotten more into acroyoga these years and aerial dance too! I've always loved being up in the air (except free falling, no thank you), even as a kid the rollercoasters, especially when spun upsidedown were my absolute favorites! So here I will share with you my journey up in the air! I will still keep occasionally organizing some classes, workshops and retreats anywhere I go, because teaching has always been in my blood too, but it will be more small scale and loads of time to fill my own cup instead of give give give and try try harder until nothing is left.
