Anahata Yoga ADH Cours de Hatha Yoga,Yin Yoga,Soulful Vinyasa Yoga , Cours privés et collectifs , tous niveaux.

Je me présente, Dorothée Laurencin, professeure de Yoga titulaire de plusieurs diplômes d’enseignement du Yoga,

RYT-250 Hatha Yoga,RYT-300 Yoga thérapeutique et multi-styles, RYT-60 Yin Yoga,RYT-200 Soulful Vinyasa Yoga tous certifiés Yoga Alliance. Je vous propose des séances de Hatha Yoga , une pratique alliant renforcement musculaire et étirements, tout en connectant le souffle avec le mouvement lors de l’enchaînement de diverses postures. Je propose également des séances de Yin Yoga, une pratique plus douce, lente ou les postures principalement au sol sont tenues plusieurs minutes ciblant un travail sur les articulations et les tissus conjonctifs et les méridiens avec toujours l’alliance du souffle et du mouvement. Ainsi que des séances de Soulful Vinyasa Yoga, un enchainement de postures connectés entre elles, liant une respiration à chaque mouvement, la pratique est fluide et dynamique, et amène à la méditation par le mouvement. Enfin je propose également des séances de Yoga thérapeutique (uniquement lors de cours particuliers), une pratique visant à améliorer sa santé en utilisant les outils du Yoga et adaptant les séances sur mesures selon les besoins de chacun. C’est avec bienveillance, rigueur et passion que je vous transmets mes connaissances et tente d’éclairer le chemin vers l’union entre le corps, le souffle et l’esprit.
