Been treating yo so many, trying to live outside the current season, of slowing down and reflecting. It is not their fault, collectively, we went from living in relationship with the seasons to living outside of them. Excess busyness has shown how being so disconnected from the natural ebbs and flow of nature is not really beneficial for anyone.

BLOCKED NOSE 👃 WORSE WHEN LYING DOWN
Can be linked to circulatory congestion, sinus swelling due to position, or nervous system imbalance.

Common Remedies:
Nux vomica: 🪴
Night time nasal blockage, often one nostril at a time. Worse after stress, late nights, stimulants. Person may feel chilly and irritable.

Lycopodium: 🌿
Night blockage, frequently right-sided. Worse 4–8 pm, worse lying on the back. Often linked with digestive bloating.

Pulsatilla: 🌺
Nose blocked at night, clearer during the day. Worse in warm rooms, better in fresh air. Often emotionally sensitive.

Sambucus nigra: (Elderberry)
Severe night blockage with mouth breathing. Sensation that the nose is completely closed.

REMEDIES BY NOSTRIL SIDE

Right Nostril Blocked:
Lycopodium (classic right sided remedy)

Nux vomica (often alternating but right dominant)

Kali bichromicum (thick, sticky mucus, stringy, ropey, yellow/green, sinus pressure)

Left Nostril Blocked:
Pulsatilla (left sided or changeable) yellow discharges, the kid with the long, hanging bogey.

Spigelia (left sided with facial or nerve pain)

Thuja (chronic left sided obstruction)

Alternating Nostrils:
- Nux vomica
- Pulsatilla
- Sulphur (heat, burning, worse at night)

POTENCY & USE (GENERAL GUIDANCE ONLY):
Common potencies: 30C or 200C
Take 1–2 pellets once or twice daily
Stop when improvement is noticed
Avoid mixing too many remedies

A major legal battle is unfolding, 11 of America’s biggest food corporations are now facing lawsuits over allegations they knowingly sell ultra-processed foods despite mounting evidence of serious health risks.
The companies named include:
Coca-Cola, General Mills, Kraft Heinz, Mars, Nestlé, PepsiCo, Post, Mondelez International, and Kellanova (formerly part of Kellogg’s cereal business).
The lawsuits argue these corporations continued to aggressively market ultra-processed products while scientific research increasingly links high UPF consumption to obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, depression, and cancer.
By some estimates, over 60% of the food consumed in the United States is ultra-processed. Even more alarming, higher intake of UPFs has been associated with increased risk of multiple cancers, including:
• Colorectal
• Breast
• Ovarian
• Pancreatic
• Prostate
• Brain
• Liver
• Esophageal
• Head & neck cancers
For many Americans, the question is no longer if the food system is broken, but how long the public has been kept in the dark while profits came first.
