Hi all!

I am working on a 12 week group health coaching program that I am launching with Monaco personal trainers for their clients in January.

I need up to 10 volunteers (not friends who work in wellness!) to hop on a teams call with me for 1 hour in the next 2 weeks as I would like to try out the length and see whether the slides work for the first session etc etc...

In exchange once I have launched it you will get first option to sign up if you wish but I won't expect anything apart from your feedback!

I have just spent a week working as a chef and health coach on a retreat for extremely sick children and their families in Sweden with my friend and client Anna's charity Friends of Nicolas at Sparreholms Castle.

It was incredibly humbling to be able to witness the level of hardship these people endure and the strength they show.
These kids had brain tumours, severe autism and various other extreme conditions including a rare stomach disease.

We provided them a safe place to rest, be themselves and be fully supported. We showed them that it was ok to share their experiences, to be taken care of themselves (the parents too) and to be cooked for and not have to clear up...just for a short space of a week.

'The Dream team' was incredible and I will never forget this week with these amazing ladies, all giving 500% working 13 hour days to make sure we helped them as much as we could in this short period of time.

I am fortunate enough to be able to work with them moving forward, helping them to eat better, to reduce inflammation in their bodies and minds to help them face the future consuming nutritious foods and feeling supported.

The founder of Friends of Nicolas Anna is an absolute force to be reckoned with, a true inspiration and has the biggest heart.
My feet are recovering but my heart is bursting.

I am so aware of the difference that simple nutritional switches can make to how people feel and how much energy they have.

The best is yet to come!

I am soooo excited about this workshop as literally every women I know would benefit from this.

We have 3 workshops in one morning:

1 hour calming Breathwork and Flowing Yoga Session with Anne-Fabienne: Restore mental, physical and emotional balance to replenish your energy (all levels). Anne-Fabienne is also a Therapeutic Coach, practising hypnosis, NLP, and EFT, and will be on hand throughout the day to chat 1-1 and explore how to unlock your full potential.

1 hour workshop on Managing Your Energy Levels and Sleep Issues: Learn practical strategies for enhancing your vitality through nutrition and self-care techniques tailored to your individual needs including blood sugar management and daily tips to enable your body to manage stress and enhance recovery. This workshop will be run by Gabrielle Achilleos, Integrative Health Coach. 

1 hour Workshop on Navigating Your Cycle and Menopause Holistically: Gain insights and tools to embrace every stage of womanhood with grace and empowerment. As women, we do not grow up with enough information about our bodies, hormones, and cycles  which often leaves us with how to navigate or interpret our symptoms.  Having access to information that helps us understand our feminine hormones can be life-changing. This workshop will be run by Dinara Mukh, Hormone and Nutrition Coach.
