2. The Method Breath: Find your stillness. Close your eyes and for two minutes, inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, and exhale for 8.

3. Method Intent: Choose one word that describes how you want to feel today (e.g., focused, present, creative). Repeat it silently five times.

4. Grateful Hydration: Drink a glass of water and name one simple, small thing you are truly grateful for in your life right now.
