How do you approach a patient with tremor?👍👍👍
Action tremor more worsen on action and relieved on resting position.
Resting tremor more worsen on resting and relieved on action.

Intentional tremor and Benign essential tremor are more worsen on action which can be differentiated on finger nose testing as following videos.

👍👍👍 Other differentiating points are history and main features.
