World Health Day (7th April 2026)

ကမ္ဘာ့ကျန်းမာရေးနေ့ ၂၀၂၆ ၏ ဆောင်ပုဒ်ဖြစ်သော “Together for health. Stand with science” သည် UNAIDS ၏ ရည်မှန်းချက်ဖြစ်သော ၂၀၃၀ ခုနှစ်တွင် AIDS ကို ပြည်သူကျန်းမာရေး အား ခြိမ်းခြောက် နေသောကပ်ရောဂါ တစ်ရပ်အဖြစ်မှ အဆုံးသတ်ရေးနှင့်ကိုက်ညီနေပြီး၊ ယင်းသည် အားလုံးလက်လှမ်းမီနိုင်သော ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှု (Universal Health Coverage) ကို ရရှိစေရန်နှင့် ပိုမိုကျန်းမာ၍ ကြံခိုင်သော လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းများ တည်ဆောက်ရန်အတွက် အရေးပါသည်။

HIV တုံ့ပြန်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများကို အခြေခံကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှုများတွင် ထည့်သွင်းခြင်း၊ လူထုအခြေပြု ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ထမ်းများအား စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်မြှင့်တင်ပေးခြင်းနှင့် လက်လှမ်းမမီသေးသူများထံသို့ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ရောက်ရှိနိုင်စေရန် လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်းဖြင့် ကျန်းမာရေးစနစ်ကို ခိုင်မာစေပါသည်။ လူထုဗဟိုပြု ပေါင်းစည်းထားသော စနစ်များသည် လက်ရှိနှင့် အနာဂတ်တွင် ကာကွယ်ကုသရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ အထူးသဖြင့် HIV ကူးဆက်မှု့ အန္တရာယ် ကျ‌ရောက်နိုင်ခြေများသည့် မိန်းကလေးငယ်များနှင့် အမျိုးသမီးများ၊ ထိခိုက်လွယ် သည့် ဦးတည်အုပ်စုများအတွက် အ‌‌ရေးပါသည်။

World Health Day 2026 theme “Together for health. Stand with science” aligns with UNAIDS’s vision- ending AIDS as a public health threat by 2030, which is essential to achieving universal health coverage and healthier, more resilient societies.

HIV responses have strengthened health systems by expanding primary health care, improving supply chains, empowering community health workers, and reaching people left behind by traditional services. Integrated, people‑centered systems are key to protecting health now and in the future especially for women and girls, key populations and marginalized communities who continue to face disproportionate HIV risks.

International Women’s Day event

In times of crisis, the risk of HIV increases, while access to life-saving medicines becomes increasingly constrained.
Ensuring the continuity of HIV services and safeguarding the health and dignity of women and girls—including those in hard-to-reach and underserved areas—is not optional; it is a fundamental obligation grounded in human rights and essential to advancing sustainable development and gender equality.
On International Women’s Day, we reaffirm this commitment.

ပဠိပက္ခအခြေအနေမှာ HIV ပိုးကူးစက်နိုင်ခြေက များလာနိုင်ပြီး အသက်ကယ်ဆေးဝါးများရရှိနိုင်ဖို့ ၊ လက်လှမ်းမီဖို့ ကန့်သတ်ချက်တွေ ပိုများလာတတ်ပါတယ်။

HIV ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ်ရရှိရန်၊ ဝေးလံခေါင်ဖျားဒေသများနဲ့ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွေရောက်ဖို့ခက်ခဲတဲ့ဒေသများမှာရှိတဲ့ အမျိုးသမီးများနဲ့ မိန်းကလေးများအတွက် ကျန်းမာရေးနဲ့ ၎င်းတို့၏ လူ့ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာကို ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်ပေးခြင်းဟာ အလွန်အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။

ဒါဟာ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးကို အခြေခံထားတဲ့ တာဝန်တစ်ရပ်ဖြစ်ပြီး ရေရှည်တည်တံ့တဲ့ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှု နဲ့ ကျား/မတန်းတူညီမျှမှုကို မြှင့်တင်ဖို့ အတွက် မရှိမဖြစ်လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။

အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ အမျိုးသမီးများနေ့တွင် ဤကတိကဝတ်ကို ထပ်လောင်းအတည်ပြုကြောင်း ပြောကြားလိုပါတယ်။

Today, on 1 December 2025, we join the global community to honor the lives affected by HIV, celebrate the remarkable progress made, and recommit ourselves to ending AIDS as a public health threat.
Despite years of disruptions—from pandemics to humanitarian crises—communities, health workers, and partners across Myanmar have shown extraordinary resilience. Their strength and leadership continue to drive our progress toward equitable access to HIV services.
This year’s theme, “Overcoming disruption, transforming the AIDS response,” reminds us that community-led action is essential to closing gaps in prevention, treatment, and support.
On this World AIDS Day,
• Let us stand together—stronger, more united, and more determined than ever.
• A future free of AIDS is possible.
• Together, we can transform the response. Together, we can save lives.

ယနေ့ ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ် ဒီဇင်ဘာလ (၁) ရက်နေ့တွင် HIV ပိုးနှင့်အသက်ရှင်သန်နေသူများနှင့် မိသားစုများကို အသိအမှတ်ပြုရင်း ရရှိထားတဲ့အောင်မြင်တိုးတက်မှုများနှင့်အတူ AIDSရောဂါကို ပြည်သူ့ကျန်းမာရေးအား ခြိမ်းခြောက်နေသည့် ကပ်ရောဂါအသွင်မှ ရပ်တန့်ရေးဆောင်ရွက်နေသည့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် ကမ္ဘာတဝှမ်းလုံးရှိ HIV အရေးကိုအလေးထား ဆောင်ရွက်နေသူ အားလုံးနှင့် လက်တွဲ ပူးပေါင်းကြပါစို့။

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းရှိ HIV အရေးကို အလေးထား ဆောင်ရွက်နေသူများ၊ ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ဆောင်မှု ပေးသူများနှင့် မိတ်ဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများသည် HIV ကို ကပ်ရောဂါမှသည် လူသားချင်းစာနာ ထောက်ထားမှုအခြေခံသည့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တစ်ခုအဖြစ် အခက်အခဲများကျော်လွှားကာ ပြောင်းလဲ ဆောင်ရွက်လျှက်ရှိကြောင်းကို ပြသခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

၎င်းတို့၏ ခွန်အားနှင့် ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုတို့သည် HIV ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို သာတူညီမျှရရှိရေးဆီသို့ ဆက်လက်တွန်းအားပေးနေပါသည်။

Pride Month 2025 from UNAIDS Myanmar, Embracing diversity and inclusion!

This month of June, we stand proudly with the LGBTIQ+ community in Myanmar and around the world. It’s a powerful reminder of the invaluable importance of equality, inclusion, dignity, and the right to live free from stigma and discrimination.
At UNAIDS, we believe that health is a human right, and no one should be left behind. LGBTIQ+ people must have equal access to HIV services, healthcare, and support — without fear, stigma, or judgment.

To our LGBTIQ+ brothers, sisters, and siblings: we see you, we support you, and we stand with you.

Pride Month ၂၀၂၅ အတွက် UNAIDS Myanmar မှ ဆုတောင်းလွှာ, မတူကွဲပြားမှုနှင့် တန်းတူညီမျှပါဝင်နိုင်မှု

ဒီ ဇွန်လမှာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းရှိ LGBTIQ+ မိသားစုအဖွဲ့ဝင်များနှင့် ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝှမ်းအထိ Pride Month ကို အတူတူဖြတ်သန်းကြပါစို့။ လူတိုင်းအတွက် တန်းတူ အခွင့်အရေးရရှိမှု၊ တန်းတူညီမျှပါဝင်နိုင်မှု၊ ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာရှိစွာ အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်း လုပ်နိုင်ခွင့်တို့ နှင့်အတူ ခွဲခြားဆက်ဆံမှုများမှ ကင်းစင်သော အသက်ရှင် နေထိုင်ခွင့်၏ တန်ဖိုးမဖြတ်နိုင်သော ဖြစ်တည်မှု တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

“ကျန်းမာရေးသည်လူ့အခွင့်အရေးတစ်ခု”ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
LGBTIQ+ မိသားစုများသည် HIV နှင့် ပတ်သက်သော ကျန်မာရေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများ၊ ကာကွယ်ထိန်းချုပ်ရေး၊ ဆေးဝါးစောင့်ရှောက်မှုများနှင့် ထောက်ပံ့မှုများကို ခွဲခြားဆက်ဆံခံရခြင်း များမရှိပဲ၊ လွတ်လပ်စွာ ဆုံးဖြတ် ခံစားရယူခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။

LGBTIQ+ မိသားစုအပေါင်းတို့နှင့် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အတူရှိနေပါသည်၊ ထောက်ခံနေပါသည်၊ ဂုဏ်ယူလျက် ရှိပါသည်။

This year World AIDS Day’s theme is "Take the rights path".

UNAIDS is highlighting that upholding the human rights of all people living with or at risk of HIV is vital for ending AIDS by 2030.

The world has made enormous progress in reducing the impact of HIV over the last 15 years.

Globally, a total of 30.7 million people — 77% of those living with HIV — were on treatment in 2023, up from just 7.7 million in 2010.

This has resulted in a dramatic decline in AIDS-related deaths, down by 51% over the same period. There are still challenges faced by PLHIV and KP to access their rights.

Thus, to end AIDS, protect everyone’s human rights.

ယခုနှစ် World AIDS Day ၏ ဆောင်ပုဒ်မှာ " အေအိုင်ဒီအက်စ် ကင်းဝေးဖို့၊ သာတူညီမျှအလေးပေးလို့၊ အားလုံးဝိုင်းဝန်းပံ့ပိုးစို့ “ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

(၂၀၃၀) ခုနှစ်တွင် အေအိုင်ဒီအက်စ်ရောဂါ ချုပ်ငြိမ်းရန် HIV နှင့် နေထိုင်သူ သို့မဟုတ် အန္တရာယ်ရှိသူများအားလုံး၏ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးကို အလေးထားရန်မှာ အရေးကြီးကြောင်း UNAIDS မှ မီးမောင်းထိုး ပြခဲ့ပါသည်။

လွန်ခဲ့သည့် (၁၅) နှစ်တာကာလအတွင်း HIV ၏သက်ရောက်မှုကို လျှော့ချရာတွင် ကမ္ဘာတဝှန်း ကြီးမားသော တိုးတက်မှုများ ကို ရရှိခဲ့ပါသည်။

(၂၀၂၃) ခုနှစ်တွင်တစ်ကမ္ဘာလုံးတွင် HIV ပိုးရှိနေသူ စုစုပေါင်း၏ (၇၇) ရာခိုင်နှုန်း သည် ဆေးကုသမှုခံယူနေရပြီး (၂၀၁၀) ခုနှစ်တွင် (၇.၇) သန်းသာ ဆေးကုသမှုခံယူနိုင်ခဲ့ရာမှ တိုးတက်လာခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။

PLHIV နှင့် KP တို့သည် ၎င်းတို့၏ အခွင့်အရေးများကို အပြည့်အဝ ရရှိနိုင်ရန် အခက်အခဲများ ရှိနေသေးသော်လည်း အေအိုင်ဒီအက်စ် နှင့်ဆက်စပ်သေဆုံးမှု သည် (၅၁) ရာခိုင်နှုန်း အထိ သိသိသာသာ ကျဆင်းသွားခဲ့ပါသည်။

ထို့ကြောင့် အေအိုင်ဒီအက်စ်ရောဂါကို အဆုံးသတ်ရန် လူတိုင်း၏ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးကို ကာကွယ်ပေးရန်လိုအပ်ပါသည်။

ယနေ့ကျရောက်သော 2023 ခုနှစ် ကမ္ဘာ့ခုခံအားကျဆင်းမှု ကူးစက်ရောဂါတိုက်ဖျက်ရေးနေ့ ၏ ဆောင်ပုဒ်မှာ “အေအိုင်ဒီအက်စ် ကင်းဝေးရေး ပြည်သူလူထုဦးဆောင်ပေး” ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
