မကြာသေးမီအခါက ဆေးဝါးတွေနဲ့ ကုနိုင်တဲ့ ရောဂါတွေဟာ ယခုအခါ ဆေးယဉ်ပါးမှုပြဿနာတွေကြောင့် ကုသရခက်ခဲလာပါတယ်။ အဲ့လို အခြေအနေတွေက လူအများကျန်းမာရေး၊ တိရိစ္ဆာန်ကျန်းမာရေး၊ အစာဘေးလုံခြုံမှုနှင့် ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်အပေါ် အန္တရာယ်ဖြစ်စေနိုင်ပါတယ်။

📌Allergic reaction ဖြစ်တဲ့အခါ သုံးလေ့ရှိတဲ့ EpiPen ဆိုတာဟာဘာလဲ?🤔

💊NAPS -Myanmar page ကနေ ပြန်လည်ကြိုဆ်ိုပါတယ်
ဒီနေ့မှာတော့ လူအများသိပ်မရင်းနှီးကြတဲ့ EpiPen အကြောင်းကို ပြောပြပေးသွားမှာဖြစ်ပါမယ်💊

ကိုယ့်ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်မှာဖြစ်စေ ကိုယ်ကိုယ်တိုင်ဖြစ်စေ အများအားဖြင့် ပင်လယ်စာ၊ မြေပဲ အစရှိတဲ့အစားအစားတွေစားမိလို့ပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ်၊ အင်းဆက်အကိုက်ခံရတာကြောင့်ပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ်၊ ဆေးဝါးသုံးစွဲမှု (ဥပမာ- penicillin,aspirin) တို့ကြောင့် ဓာတ်မတည့်မှု (allergic) ဖြစ်တာကိုကြုံဖူးကြမယ်ထင်ပါတယ်။

ဒီလိုဓာတ်မတည့်မှုဖြစ်လာခဲ့ရင် လူအများစုက antihistamines တွေဖြစ်တဲ့ Cetirizine, Chlorpheniramine အစရှိတဲ့ဆေးဝါးတွေကိုသောက်သုံးကြပြီး အမြန်သက်သာသွားကြလေ့ရှိပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် အချို့လူတွေကတော့ anaphylaxis (ပြင်းထန်သောဓာတ်မတည့်မှု) တွေအထိဖြစ်ပွားနိုင်ပါတယ်။

🚨အဲ့တာဆိုရင် Anaphylaxis ရဲ့ signs and symptoms တွေကရောဘာတွေလဲ❓

ပုံမှန်ဓာတ်မတည့်ခြင်းတွေမှာတွေ့ရတဲ့ လက္ခဏာတွေဖြစ်တဲ့
*မျက်နှာ၊ နှုတ်ခမ်း စသည်တို့ ရောင်ရမ်းခြင်း
* အရေပြားတွင် အဖု အပိတ်များ ထွက်လာခြင်း တို့အပြင်

* အသက်ရှူရ ခက်ခဲခြင်း
* နှလုံးခုန်နှုန်း မြန်လာခြင်း
* ခေါင်းမူးလာခြင်း
* ပျို့အန်ခြင်း အစရှိတဲ့လက္ခဏာတွေအထိ ဖြစ်ပွားသွားနိုင်ပါတယ်။

ဒီလိုအရေးပေါ်အခြေအနေဖြစ်လာပြီဆိုရင်တော့ EpiPen ထိုးခြင်းအားဖြင့် လူနာကိုကုသပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။

❕EpiPen (Epinephrine injection,USP )ဆိုတာဟာ အက်ဒရီနယ်လင်း (adrenaline) dose ကို ထုတ်ပေးသည့်ကြိုတင်ဖြည့်ထားသော ထိုးဆေးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

🚨EpiPen(Epinephrine injection,USP)ကကောဘယ်လိုအသုံးဝင်တာလဲ⁉️🤔

Epinephrine က အသက်ရှူလမ်းကြောင်းကို လျှင်မြန်စွာဖွင့်ပေးရုံသာမက ရောင်ရမ်းမှုတွေကိုပါ လျှော့ချပေးပါတယ်။ 🚑 emergency care ကို စောင့်ဆိုင်းနေစဉ်အတွင်းမှာ temporary relief အဖြစ် အသုံးပြုလေ့ရှိကြပါတယ်။

📌EpiPen ရဲ့အသုံးပြုပုံကတော့
1. Safety cap ကို ဆွဲဖြုတ်ပါ။
2. လိမ္မော်ရောင်ထိပ်အား (Orange tip) လူနာရဲ့ပေါင်ဘေးဘက်မှာထားပါ။
3. ဖိချပြီး ၃ စက္ကန့်လောက် inject ပါ။
4. ပြီးတာနဲ့ pen ကို ဖယ်ရှားပြီး ၁၀ စက္ကန့် လောက် နှိပ်နယ်ပေးပါ။

EpiPen ကို အသုံးပြုပြီးတာနဲ့ ပိုမိုစိတ်ချရအောင် emergency services ဆီသို့ဆက်သွယ်ပြီး နောက်ဆက်တွဲကုသမှုတွေပြုလုပ်သင့်ပါတယ်။
