I am proceeding with my office opening in Lutz and reopening in the office VI(stay tuned on this one), although the unexpected DCMG closure has created some challenges.
My objective is to first achieve a soft opening in Lutz by the first week of October, but I am currently busy finalizing insurance contracts and hiring staff. I am eager to share updates on this project and anticipate a successful launch after Miami Carnival.

🌟 **Blue Lotus Endocrine Company Update** 🌟

I wanted to take a moment to update you on the current status of Blue Lotus Endocrine Company.

First and foremost, please note that the DCMG’s contract will officially end on September 17th, and I am committed to honoring that.

I'm pleased to share that most major insurance companies have credentialed my practice, including Medicare Part B, Florida Blue, Aetna, Tricare, and United. We are currently awaiting credentialing from Cigna, Humana, and a few others.

I want to clarify that I will continue practicing and have not retired! If you need to reach me, please leave a voice message or send an email.
No need to leave several messages I am presently the only virtual assistant.
If you feel you cannot wait for an appointment, I encourage you to contact your primary care physician for any urgent needs.

We're in the final stages of setting up our electronic health records, testing online payment options, and establishing billing with the available insurance plans. Online appointment schedules being created. Please note that I will not be sharing the fax number until I am in the new office to ensure HIPAA compliance.

Additionally, my email has changed to a secure address: info@bluelotusendocrine.com. This email is for general inquiries and is secure.

I am currently facing a delay with Vonage registration for text messaging; therefore, I am unable to send or receive texts at this time. I am aware of your voice messages and emails, but juggling responsibilities at the clinic has been quite challenging.

Thank you for your patience during this transition. My vision and commitment to serving you remain strong. Although there have been some bumps along the way, I promise to be back soon! Remember, God is in control.

Today, we are thrilled to announce a major milestone in our journey at Blue Lotus Endocrine Co.! We have successfully sealed the deal with a highly skilled credentialing-contract negotiation specialist, marking a significant step forward for our venture. While we eagerly await the next steps, including porting our old phone number and activating our Vonage business account, our team is hard at work building and selecting the best electronic health service to ensure top-notch patient care. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the incredible support and encouragement we have received thus far. Rest assured, we are diligently addressing all questions and concerns on time. Exciting times lie ahead, and we can't wait to share more updates with you soon!

I have important news to share with you. The Diagnostic Clinic Medical Group, will be closing its doors on August 30, 2024.

I am thrilled to inform you that I will be operating as Blue Lotus Endocrine Company.

During this transition, our primary focus is to ensure that we are contracted with insurance providers in both the US and the US Virgin Islands. However, please note that due to certain constraints, we may not be able to serve everyone.

We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to have provided medical care to you, your family, and those you have referred to us over the years.
