Chronic Hives & The Lymphatic System

Chronic hives (chronic urticaria) are raised, itchy welts that appear on the skin for weeks or months at a time. 🐷 Why you shouldn’t eat pork… ESPECIALLY RAW

🪱 Pork carries the highest levels of parasites and toxins of any commonly eaten meat. 🦠 These parasites may survive freezing and cooking (if undercooked) and enter the human body, leading to illness, inflammation, and long-term health issues.

💦 Pigs don't have sweat glands and their kidneys aren't as efficient to eliminate toxins in their bodies. This makes their flesh particularly toxic for us.

🧪 Pork is the most acidic meat you can consume and it lowers our pH rendering us more prone to illness.

🏭 Processed pork especially square ham and luncheon meat are the worst form of pork you can eat containing nitrates and phosphates that cause great burden to our organs.

Having said that, eating it in very small quantities occasionally and well cooked should not cause much harm but if you want to live top notch health avoid it.

My Story

When I was 19 years old I was diagnosed with severe Ulcerative Cholitis. My health condition was at the poorest state about 10Kg underweight and my skin was pale. Doctors and Professors at that time had given me less than 2 years to live - I was devastated. But instead of crying or making a misery out of myself, I said ‘I must do something - this ain’t the end’.

I started to look at different therapies and the only option I had was to go for acupuncture. Although it didn’t seem to be the most sensed option since acupuncture was mostly renown for muscle pain - ‘I still wanted to try’. This is where I met the person who changed my life for ever and helped me live till now - His name was Dr.Renxiang Ding. He immediately gave me courage and insisted on me that although all the other physicians let me down I can fight the disease and be good again in no time- ‘Hard to believe I regained my 10kg to an optimum weight and my severe cholitis was healed in just 8 weeks’ - This is where I heard for the first time “FOOD ALLERGIES” - Only this doctor has given me indication to quit all dairy products and wheat products and to start to eat HEALTHY - as a teenager I used to drink just softdrinks, eat junk food and not much a fan of fruits and vegetables ‘this is why I got sick’.

Along with the acupuncture therapy I received I started to eat salads, vegetables and fruits every day - tried to eat mostly Proteins and my only carbohydrate intake was rice. This is when I started to research on food allergies and on Healthy living - After 3 years of this huge dismay I ran into Bodybuilding and hit the 93 Kg in muscle mass from my standard ideal weight of 70kg. Since then I kept researching and study on my own until I decided that this was my life and my job -Nutrition & Training and these last 8 years I have completed 4 Diplomas in Health sciences and have helped hundreds of people change their lives - and living up the good deed I have received ...I donated my knowledge to the public.
