There is no single definition of “gentle” or “moderate.” Each body experiences movement differently. A variety of options are offered throughout the session so everyone can move with choice, comfort, and self-awareness.
All movements are adaptable. Participants are always encouraged to choose the option that feels right for them.

'Movement and Stillness for Mental Health' - Mondays @ 5:25pm
All my classes support mental well-being, but Movement and Stillness for Mental Health is designed with this intention at its heart. In this class, we place a stronger emphasis on yogic tools—such as conscious movement, breath awareness, stillness, and guided relaxation—to help calm the nervous system and create space for clarity, balance, and ease.
This is not about doing more, pushing harder, or achieving a shape. It’s about being more present—listening to your body, choosing what feels right for you, and allowing the practice to meet you where you are.
Why join this class?
To reduce stress, anxiety, and mental overload
To learn practical yogic tools, you can also use off the mat
To reconnect with your body in a safe, supportive way
To experience the balance between gentle movement and restorative stillness
As always, you are encouraged to move at your own pace, take options, and rest when needed. The aim is simple: not to do more, but to feel better.

Letting go isn’t about giving up.
It’s about coming home.
When you release what you’re gripping, the fear, the outcome, the story,
your energy gently returns to the present moment.
And the present moment is where peace lives.
It’s where the mind softens.
It’s where the soul exhales.
You don’t need to search for alignment.
You feel it the moment you stop resisting what is.
Let go.
And notice how peace meets you here.
❤️Bill
