Just shy of 6 months postpartum — and I’m finally back to my pre-pregnancy weight. 💪
Having a high-risk pregnancy really took a toll on me, both mentally and physically. Being limited in how much I could move, combined with all the medicated hormones and steroids, left me about 20kg heavier by the end.
This time, it felt harder to shake it off. Maybe because summer came right after, and suddenly I was in more revealing clothes again — it hit differently.
But here’s the truth: there’s no magic formula. Just consistency and trusting the process. Daily movement, mindful eating, and staying patient.
Don’t get me wrong — there were plenty of days I didn’t feel like it. But everyone who knows me knows this one thing: I don’t leave the house before my workout. It’s non-negotiable. It’s as much a part of my day as brushing my teeth. 🧘♀️✨
