Can Silence be the key?
For some, moments of silence can be scary, WHY? Noise is a distraction to forget what the inner is crying for! Yes it can be scary, healing is not an sy journey, nealing trom past traumas and experiences, negativ apters in life, ugly phases. But to see clarity the acknowledgement what has created that dark part needs to come to the surface, emptying the bucket and making way for new space to rewrite your story. Early wake ups before dawn, sitting for meditaton helped me through this - it was then when I did not feel alone any more, I started enjoying silence and a new page unfolded.

Module 2 includes Yoga Nidra — a practice done lying down, eyes closed, deeply relaxed, yet aware.

Why it matters:
When the body relaxes, the mind becomes receptive.
That’s where old tension starts to release — and clarity returns.

tip:

Most people try to “level up” while the subconscious is still cluttered.

In Module 2 I explain it like this:
Imagine your mind is a bucket full of rubbish.
Unless it’s emptied, there’s no space for anything new.

So this module is about clearing the past — gently — so your next chapter feels lighter, not forced.
