Hey lovely souls! 🌟 Exciting news! I’m hosting a FREE ‘Sun Salutations for Beginners’ class this Monday, February 5th, at 6 PM (Malta time) on Google Meet. 🌞

It’s all about embracing the joy of yoga(even if you’ve never stepped on a yoga mat before), such a perfect class for beginners!

Join me as we discover the magic of Sun Salutations—the heart of my personal practice. I’ll share with you the beauty and benefits of this Hatha yoga tradition.

Let’s flow together and make this Monday a celebration of self-care and connection. 🧘‍♂️✨ See you on the mat! 💕

All you need is a quiet place to practice, a yoga mat, a towel and some water to stay hydrated. If you don’t have a yoga mat, you can use a carpet or even a towel.

We’ll be connecting through Google meet so a laptop is ideal, but your mobile phone can work as well.

The session will be recorded so if you can join live, you can follow at a time that suits you.

There’s no place like home 🫶🏽 it’s good to be back in Malta.

Vipassana was, once again, such a powerful experience, but one that I will look back on throughout the year ahead, for strength, inspiration and wisdom.

These 10 days were:

Tough: the first few days kicked my butt, psychological, but I had break to rebuild a stronger foundation - now stronger, and more resilient than ever!

Beautiful: such profound peace & tranquility that is literally impossible to find in today’s world. I cherish the silence and the solitude for the peace that it brings me.

Deep: it’s amazing what one can achieve in 10 days, exploring the depths of our mind-matter connections and developing experiential knowledge of our true nature.

Long: Longest 10 days of my life, and yet somehow also the shortest. Where did these 10 days go?

Lonely: we might be amongst 80 other meditators but you will never, ever be that alone. No connection, at all, with the outside world, and no communication whatsoever with our fellow meditators (no verbal/body language/eye contact).

Profound: 10 years of therapy in 10 days! And I now posses the tools to assess and resolve my own issues!

Biggest takeaway: WE CREATE ALL OUR OWN MISERY - all our sadness, depression, frustrations, anger, pain, is self-inflicted.

We live such an external life, constantly seeking some sort of pleasure whether sensual, intellectual or other. In such an external world we believe our problems are also external but nothing could be further from the truth.

We are always craving one thing or the other, or averting to some thing or the other.

When something we want doesn’t happen: misery!
When something we don’t want to happen, happens: misery!

Madness!

How sad it is that we constantly look for gratification and satisfaction on the outside - when we have it inside us 24/7…!

Our universe is INSIDE us and we are responsible for everything that happens inside the boundaries of being.

Have you ever done a Kichari cleanse? As we're coming to the turn of the seasons again, it's great to do a cleanse and prepare our body for the shift in weather.

Just as the earth cleanses itself in the spring, Ayurveda teaches us that we, too, can cleanse our bodies and minds. Kitchari, a simple meal of basmati rice, digestive spices, ghee, mung beans, and optional vegetables, is ideal (and delicious) for this purpose.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​During our self-healing Agni Therapy program, our clients eat kitchari over a 7-day period as a central part of the cleanse. THE SURYA NAMASKAR

The Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, is a holistic process for health, wellness and complete inner well-being.

The purpose of the physical practice is primarily to activate the solar plexus and raise the Samat Prana, the solar heat in the body. When we activate this solar energy, our digestion and metabolism get a kick start, and the body begins to glow and shine.

This specific sequence of postures works to stimulate various nadis, or energy centres in the body, essentially balancing our left and right energy channels. This gives us a profound sense of grounding, physical stability and calmness of the mind.

When practised early in the morning, with the right intention, we prepare ourselves for the day ahead, physically, mentally and spiritually.

Autophagy is a fascinating topic. Do you practice intermittent fasting? For me, it's become a way of life. Healthier, happier and almost at my ideal weight 😁😊

Quand le corps humain a faim, il se mange, il fait un processus de nettoyage, éliminant toutes les cellules malades, cancer, cellules vieillissantes et Alzheimer. Rester jeune et lutter contre le diabète. Création de protéines spéciales qui ne se forment que dans certaines circonstances. Et quand ils sont terminés, l'organisme se rassemble sélectivement autour des cellules cancéreuses mortes, les dissout et restaure l'état dont le corps profite. Voilà à quoi ressemble le recyclage. Les scientifiques ont réussi grâce à des recherches longues et spécialisées que le processus d'autophagie exige des conditions inhabituelles qui forcent l'organisme à faire ce processus. Ces circonstances obligent une personne à s'abstenir de manger et de boire pendant 16 heures (Cycle 8/16). L'humain devrait fonctionner normalement pendant cette période. Ce processus devrait être répété pendant un certain temps afin d'atteindre l'organisme pour une utilisation maximale et d'empêcher les cellules malades de réagir. Il est recommandé de répéter le processus de faim et de soif deux à trois jours par semaine.

Hello amazing people - I'm finally launching my online yoga classes through the .tv platform.

Join me for a very gentle, beginner friendly yoga session on either Wednesday and Friday morning at 8am EET (GMT+2).

We'll be running through a few rounds of Sun Salutations followed by an introduction to basic breath work and finished with a light relaxation and meditation. Each class will be roughly 60 mins.
