Restoring the energetic flow to our organs is essential for reclaiming an inner sense of safety. Our viscera constantly communicates with the brain through the vagus nerve, shaping how regulated—or dysregulated—we feel. When an organ is stagnant, the whole system interprets life through a lens of threat.

In this video, recorded during our last training in Kiel, we worked with the lungs and their energetic pathways—releasing old patterns, dissolving grief, and meeting the subtle traces of self-betrayal and self-abandonment that often lodge in this area.
Here, we soften the armor that once helped us survive but now limits our breath, our vitality, and our capacity for new life.

As the session unfolds, we witness the body speak: trembling, warmth, emotional waves, deep breaths. Stagnation moves, charge rises, and the system finally finds a pathway toward completion and release.

You can’t heal in the same environment that made you sick — your nervous system simply won’t allow it.

Your body will not let go just because you “want” to heal.

When the psoas stays chronically contracted, the body is caught in a subtle bracing pattern — a constant state of protection.
This is the residue of a nervous system that never fully completed its stress response.

You might experience:
