A Weekly Focus
In our sessions, I will be introducing a weekly focus on different areas of the body. This allows us to bring more awareness and gentle attention to specific areas where tension and restriction often build up.
At the same time, we continue to move the body as a whole, supporting balance, stability and overall wellbeing.
My intention is to help cultivate a deeper connection between movement, awareness and inner balance.

This week, the focus is on Pelvic Mobility & Release
This session will gently focus on the pelvic and hip area, an important centre of stability and movement in the body.
Through slow, mindful exercises and breathing, we will:
• Improve mobility in the hips and pelvis
• Release tension in the lower back and pelvic area
• Support pelvic floor awareness
• Encourage deep relaxation and stress release
Many of us hold tension in the hips and pelvis without realising it. Gentle movement and awareness can help restore balance, stability and ease of movement.

Self-growth is not about becoming someone else.
It is about becoming the best and most balanced version of ourselves.

I strongly believe that continuous self-growth plays an important role in maintaining inner balance. Life naturally brings moments of stress, setbacks and disappointments. When we continue to grow—physically, mentally and emotionally—we develop the ability to deal with these moments with greater...

Hi 🤍

I just wanted to personally let you know that Ra Yoga Malta is evolving into Ray Holistic Wellness.

After nearly 25 years of teaching and working with such diverse groups — from athletes and prison settings to mental health patients and the visually impaired — my sessions have naturally evolved into something more holistic and individualised.

While yoga remains at the heart of what I do, I now integrate other tools like gentle movement variations, breathwork, slow Qigong-inspired flow and Pilates elements — always adapting to the needs of the person in front of me.

The care, the approach and the intention remain exactly the same. The new name simply reflects the wider work I offer.

Thank you for being part of this journey

New Weekly schedule.

There is no single definition of “gentle” or “moderate.” Each body experiences movement differently. A variety of options are offered throughout the session so everyone can move with choice, comfort, and self-awareness.

All movements are adaptable. Participants are always encouraged to choose the option that feels right for them.

'Movement and Stillness for Mental Health' - Mondays @ 5:25pm

All my classes support mental well-being, but Movement and Stillness for Mental Health is designed with this intention at its heart. In this class, we place a stronger emphasis on yogic tools—such as conscious movement, breath awareness, stillness, and guided relaxation—to help calm the nervous system and create space for clarity, balance, and ease.

This is not about doing more, pushing harder, or achieving a shape. It’s about being more present—listening to your body, choosing what feels right for you, and allowing the practice to meet you where you are.

Why join this class?

To reduce stress, anxiety, and mental overload

To learn practical yogic tools, you can also use off the mat

To reconnect with your body in a safe, supportive way

To experience the balance between gentle movement and restorative stillness

As always, you are encouraged to move at your own pace, take options, and rest when needed. The aim is simple: not to do more, but to feel better.
