•⁠ ⁠My name or alias is … I don’t have one, but it probably should be The Trainwreck
•⁠ ⁠I’ve been doing pole/aerial/flexibility for 2 years
•⁠ ⁠For me, Pole/Flexibility/Toposphere/the sisterhood is my safe place, where I can be loud, clumsy, sexy, a beautiful mess, and live my own version of femininity.

My name is Sarah and I've been doing pole and flexibility since June 2024
For me, Pole is one of the best way to gain self confidence and win back your power, Toposphere has been the best thing in my life as it gave me an amazing community.
My favourite move is Ballerina 🩰
My nemesis move is Superman 🦸🏻‍♀️
My life motto is “Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear.”
My tip for new poler is don’t take yourself too seriously, have fun and definitely point your toes!
