For me, Pole is one of the best way to gain self confidence and win back your power, Toposphere has been the best thing in my life as it gave me an amazing community.
My favourite move is Ballerina 🩰

Don't skip the basics! 💧🧘‍♀️Especially during summer and holiday season!

💙 Stay Hydrated
Dehydration impairs performance and delays recovery by reducing blood flow and nutrient delivery. Studies link proper hydration to better sleep quality and reduced muscle cramps/soreness.

🙆🏻‍♀️ Incorporate Active Recovery
Low-intensity movement (e.g., light stretching, walking, or easy aerial flows) often outperforms complete rest. Evidence shows that active recovery clears lactate faster, reduces soreness, and maintains power output better than passive rest in many cases. For pole/aerialists, try 10–20 minutes of gentle mobility the day after hard sessions.
