Tonight, Mauritius witnessed a true cultural milestone as the world-renowned Philharmonia Orchestra took the stage at the Caudan Arts Centre for an unforgettable gala concert.

The programme flowed effortlessly — from the elegance of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Joseph Haydn to the power of Ludwig van Beethoven and the sweeping emotion of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.

The performance was precise, balanced, and deeply expressive.
Alexandre Bloch was simply majestic.
