To wrap up we are shining a spotlight on our emerging Medical Laboratory Technologist Aishath Naban Saeed.
With only few years in the role, Naban brings curiosity, passion, and purpose to our lab.
“I chose this career path because I’ve always been interested in science, and I wanted to work in healthcare where I could actively help people. The science behind this work is incredible and it’s what really drew me to the field. Being part of the process behind the scenes as a medical lab technologist, while still contributing to patient care makes the work very meaningful to me.”
For Naban, it's about problem-solving:
“My favorite part of the job is problem-solving as each task involves careful analysis and attention to detail. It is very rewarding to know that our work helps guide important clinical decisions.”
Naban finds motivation through constant learning:
“Every day in the lab brings something new, whether it’s improving accuracy or understanding how different results connect to patient outcomes. That constant learning and attention to detail keeps me motivated and engaged in the work.”
Naban also credits her co workers :
“AEH Laboratory is where I started my career journey, and I’m grateful for the opportunity I’ve had to grow here. I’m proud to be part of a supportive team that consistently encourages one another to contribute to patient care and help the community.
