It is with sadness that we share news of the passing away of the KCH Chaplain, a man who was a big part of the interdenominational pastoral care centre at the main public hospital in Lilongwe. Pastor Safuli helped us counsel privately many affected mothers and families; not only those with babies who faced but many of those with children with a chronic condition. He did a lot in training others too. We can only hope that many of his graduates will carry on in lighting the path he begins to illuminate in the dark corridors of early parenthood that families with sick children walk through. His passing is a huge loss to the hospital and the country. And we at will miss his inclusive nature, good works and positive attitude. Here's what we shared on him in the past, below. He is to be buried tomorrow, at his home in Mchinji. May his soul rest in peace. 🙏 🕊️
